Curren$y is celebrating his birthday by bringing joy to his fans. Spitta Andretti announced today (April 4) that he's teamed up with Purps of 808 Mafia and that the two are dropping a new collaborative project called Bourbon Street Secrets this month. Purps made the announcement of the new collab on his Instagram and shared that the music will drop on April 20, just in time for every weed smoker's favorite holiday.

For those not keeping track, Bourbon Street Secrets marks the fourth project Curren$y will drop this year. So far in 2016, the New Orleans rapper has dropped The Carrollton Heist with The Alchemist, the Weed and Instrumentals mixtape and the Revolver EP with producer Sledgren. And we're only four months in! Could Curren$y really have enough audio to drop a project every month this year?

As the latest additions to his discography show, Curren$y has been making a habit of working with producers on an all inclusive project basis, with Purps being no exception. Spitta has also been enlisting his Jet Life label signees for plenty of features. Fiend, Mr. Marcelo, Corner Boy P, Le$, TY and Tiny C-Style have all made appearances on Currensy's tapes and EPs so far this year.

For fans who want to see all this new Curren$y music in action, the laidback Southern star will be performing at this year's Rolling Loud Festival in Miami come May 6. He'll also be on tour all spring, with a show in Houston Texas on 4/20 when the project drops. Start rolling up now and stay tuned for the track list and singles.
