Better do some sit-ups before you hit this tour.

ASAP Ferg and Tory Lanez have officially announced that they're going on tour together starting May 18 in Philly. You can peep all the tour dates up top. Tickets go on sale Monday (April 1) morning.

Ferg first announced his upcoming Always Strive and Prosper album at the end of last year and said that the LP would drop in January. The first month of the year came and went, but we did not get the project. However, Ferg has been dropping music and news regarding the project on a steady basis during the first quarter. The “Work” rapper said Chuck D, DJ Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign and Swizz Beatz will make guest appearances on the project. His “New Level”single featuring Future has been getting radio spins and the rapper has set a high bar for Always Strive and Prosper.

“It’s going to be very real this album. This album is a story of my life,” he told Revolt. “It’s basically a documentary of my life and it’s very personal. Honestly, it’s my best work yet and I don’t even know what else I’ma do to top this in the future because it’s just my all right now.”

Yesterday Ferg dropped "The World Is Mine" with Big Sean and before that was “Let It Bang” with ScHoolboy Q, complete with a dark, menacing video. They both shine on the track, and Q’s verse is sure to be a standout on the upcoming album, which also features Chuck D, DJ Mustard, and Ty Dolla Sign. Ferg wants to get Taylor Swift on the album, but doesn’t look like that’s going down.

Always Strive and Prosper drops April 22.
