The first part of the Love & Hip Hop season 6 reunion featured plenty of shade being thrown and tea spilled, but the second half, which took place Monday night (March 28), had its fair share of drama as well.

Beginning with the focus on the ongoing love triangle between Peter Gunz, Tara and Amina, the three pick up where they left off last week and continue to hash out their differences. When Tara is asked if she thinks Amina's pregnancy was in retaliation to her own experience being pregnant, she takes the high road and gives a nuanced answer, but her true feelings of disdain regarding the news are plain to see.

Whitney, Peter Gunz's daughter, chimes in and is visibly upset about both women's actions and says she feels that the pregnancies are more about a competition between Tara and Amina than anything else. Amina takes a jab at Tara's claims to have been the one to break off her affair with Peter and pegs it as a ploy to look strong publicly. She contends that Tara will be chasing after Peter sooner than later.

As far as the future of her and Peter's marriage, Amina says she's accepted having to share him for three years and plans to move on with her life unless he miraculously changes his ways. Peter says he has to deal with his own issues and is non-committal about being with either of the women, an omen that all three could be making another appearance on Love & Hip Hop for the next chapter in their saga.

After addressing the marital issues and baby mama drama between Peter, Amina and Tara, Cardi B is the next to be put in the hot seat. The former stripper was born and raised in New York City and explains that her dialect is a result of a melting pot of influences, including her Trini parents, having a friend from the West Coast and a boyfriend from the South. She says she met Tommy, her incarcerated boyfriend, in the strip club and when asked about possibly getting married in jail, she says as long as the love is real it doesn't matter to her where she gets married.

Being that Cardi and DJ Self's dealings were put on blast for the world to see, he's asked if he's concerned about having any beef with Tommy in the future. Self says that he's not worried about Tommy finding out about his and Cardi's relationship because all three of them have a business relationship. Cardi begins to break down her reasoning behind her approach to dealing with men and taking advantage of them when Peter butts in to challenge her Cardi B's statements. He accuses her of trying to sugar-coat her promiscuous tendencies. She shuts Peter's retort down immediately. According to Cardi, he's one of the men she refers to when talking about women demanding better from the guys in their life. She feels he is wrong for putting Amina and Tara through all of this public humiliation.

When asked about her relationship with DJ Self and her fight with Yorma, Self's girlfriend, Cardi admits that Self was her side dude and that she had no idea whom Yorma was prior to their meeting at the club. She also questioned how Yorma could think she's the only woman in his life. Yorma seemed to be lacking an answer to the question, telling the viewers all they needed to know about the true state of her and Self's relationship. Rose says that she was aware of Yorma, but that she didn't care about her and went after what she wanted. When asked if he slept with Rose, Self pleads the fifth. However, she blows up his spot and confirms that they were intimate before, causing Yorma to call Self a liar. And in one of the more shocking, but hilarious moments of the reunion, Peter Gunz decides to drop his two sense in and tell Self he needs to choose between the women. The comment gets a reaction of laughter from the audience of course considering who's talking.

Mendeecees' love life is next to be examined. His ex-girlfriend and mother of his child Samantha is a topic of conversation. Samantha's mom Kim says that Yandy plays the perfect stepmom and it reflects bad on her daughter. Samantha also feels that Yandy should show more respect to her in terms of her dealings with her child. Yandy and Samantha begin to bicker, with both accusing each other of being fake and playing up to the cameras. Samantha also alleges that Yandy broke up the relationship between Mendeecees and his other baby mother, Erica, which Yandy denies.

Yandy admits that when she and Mendeecees met she was in a relationship, but that their union was an organic one and shoots down Samantha's claims of her being a homewrecker. Samantha says that she feels that prison isn't the best place for her child to see Mendeecees and is steadfast in her opinion that he shouldn't be able to visit his father during his incarceration. Judy, Mendeecees' mother, reveals that Samantha was arrested for robbing a bank in the past and that she had to bail Samantha out, which causes tempers to flare and nearly results in Judy and Kim exchanging blows, but both parties ultimately calm down.

The reunion also accounts for Mendeecees' last day as a free man. The emotional farewell between his family and friends is captured before he turns himself in to begin his sentence. Papoose and Peter Gunz both give their opinion that Little Mendeecees should be able to have contact with his father during his father's incarceration, but their words fall on deaf ears. Samantha sticks to her guns and appears to be unmoved by the cast and audience's disapproval of her decision.

A clip recorded prior to his incarceration features Mendeecees giving thanks to Yandy for always being there for him and their family and staying strong. This serves as an emotional moment for all. Yandy says she love Mendeecees and she'll do the best to keep their family together and honor his wishes.

The Love & Hip Hop reunion ends on a high note with Remy Ma giving her first live performance of the season and gets the crowd rocking to her new single "Hands Down." The track is an appropriate final moment to close the latest drama-filled season of Love & Hip Hop.
