While Donald Trump's campaign continues to pick up steam and roll through the country, it's becoming more and more feasible that the controversial entrepreneur-turned-politician could be the 2016 Republican presidential candidate. On his HBO show Last Week Tonight, host John Oliver produced an epic 21-minute tirade against Trump, his politics and antics.

During the segment, the host revealed that before emigrating to the United States, the Trump family was known as the "Drumpf" family. To close the bit, Oliver changed Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan to "Make Donald Drumpf Again." The host even went as far as trademarking the word "Drumpf," creating "Make Donald Drumpf Again" hats and writing a new campaign song.

Last night (March 14), Oliver joined The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and revealed that the hats were an instant hit and that one of the biggest rappers in the world reached out to get one.

"We made hats and sold 35,000 of them," said Oliver. "And guess what? Apparently Jay Z's people called HBO asking for a hat. I'll say this to start - buy the hat, Jay Z. He wanted one for free. He's done very well, spring for a hat, let it trickle down...I told HBO if he puts that on his head in public, you're gonna need more hats. And if his wife puts it on in public, we're no longer a TV show, we're a hat manufacturing company."

Hov now joins a growing contingent of rappers who are publicly speaking out against Trump. Over the past week, T.I. told Donald, "Fuck you and fuck what you stand for." On The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, Mac Miller called out Trump for "lowering the nation's intelligence." XXL has compiled a running list of rappers who have criticized the potential future President of the United States of America.
