News out of the Top Dawg camp keeps pointing to a serious 2016, as the Cali-based label has promised at least six releases this year. What's more, TDE CEO Anthony Tiffith posted a photo to Instagram writing that he plans on releasing a project at some point this week. “Just 2 show niggas I’m not playing. Ive decided 2 drop a project 1 day this week. I won’t say wut day or who. It cud be 2nite So don’t ask me jus stay close to the net. Is this Kool with y’all? #TDE,” he wrote on Tuesday (Mar. 1).

With that said, the above clip of what can be understood to be a new Isaiah Rashad song potentially titled "Out in California" has surfaced without much to go off as to what it could possibly be teasing. Notice though, that Rashad appears to be on stage, backed by a DJ, not rapping, but rather nodding along to the track. The mirrored image video makes it difficult to place the stage, but it is perhaps taken from a sound check session for an upcoming performance in which Rashad will debut the track.

Revisiting the planned 2016 TDE schedule, Isaiah Rashad has "3rd stage creative" written next to his name, suggesting that his follow-up to 2014's Civila Demo is close but not as close as say Sza's next project which, according to the TDE white board, is in it's "4th stage creative" phase.

Check out the snippet above, which was curiously just the second IG post by the user who captured it.
