Nancy Reagan passed away on Sunday (March 6) and someone has an interesting idea on how to honor Reagan at her funeral. A new petition is lobbying for none other than Fetty Wap to play at the former first lady's funeral.

David D, known for his work at sites like Bossip and The Smoking Section, started the petition on Change.org. According to the petition, Nancy Reagan is the most famous trap queen in American history. As such, she should be honored with a rendition of "Trap Queen" by the one and only Fetty Wap. Here is a sample of what he wrote on the petition site:

"While her husband, Ronald Reagan, was linking up with Papi to flood the streets with narcotics, Nancy was on TV telling kids to 'Say No To Drugs.' Her infamous 'anti-drug' phrase encouraged strict laws on drug possession that led to a school-to-prison pipeline we're still dealing with now. Blacks and Latinos went to jail in droves for possessing drugs her husband gave them. It was an incredible sleight of hand that would make any wannabe Trap Queen hide in shame for her inability to be as diabolical as Nancy."

This petition is already gaining some traction. It has been signed by over 2,100 people with an intended goal of just 2,500. If this petition continues to grow, it may even prompt statement from Fetty Wap. Unfortunately, the odds of the Reagan family playing along are quite low.
