March Madness gets started this week which means any given player or team can defy expectation and secure even the most unlikeliest win. That notion somewhat carried over to the NBA Monday night (March 14) when Toronto Raptors team ambassador and courtside regular Drake may have affected a play in the Raptors game against the Chicago Bulls.

Playing at home, the Raptors overcame a halftime deficit to force a crucial in bounds play in the fourth quarter, down by three with 25 seconds left in the game. That's when, as seen in the below video, Bulls guard Justin Holiday attempts to in-bound the ball but has a certain famous rapper chirping in his ear. Holiday was unable to make the play, resulting in a five second violation awarding the Raptors the ball.

Holiday is just a second year player filling in for injured All-Star Jimmy Butler so who knows what Drake said to dude but it was obviously distracting. It wasn't enough in the end though, as the Raptors lost to the Bulls 109-107. Drake's home squad is still sitting comfortably in the two seed in the East, five and a half games ahead of the Boston Celtics.
