Back in December, around Christmastime, a woman was arrested for criminal trespassing on Chris Brown's property, the third such incident for Breezy in a seven month span. Then, the occurrence was reported as a 27-year-old woman who waited outside Brown's Woodland Hills, California home, driving past the property's electric gate before it closed, but now, the alleged trespasser is telling a different story.

As TMZ reports, Danielle Patti, the alleged trespasser, has filed a temporary restraining order against Brown, claiming that he has repeatedly harassed her via social media, going so far as to say he'd like to see her dead. Patti, who additionally claims that she and Brown had at one time dated, says that the December incident didn't occur as reported. She says, in documents filed herself, that she was trying to leave Brown's property, but was blocked in by a car parked in front of hers. As she tells it, the police were then called, but she was later cleared of all charges. The judge granted Patti's restraining order, requiring Brown to stay 100 yards away and have no contact with her.

It has been a contentious few months for Brown, who exchanged words with his ex Karrueche Tran on Instagram last week, and is currently in the midst of a lawsuit stemming from an alleged assault just after New Year's Day. All things considered, the newly filed restraining order should be an easy enough hoop for the limber Brown to jump through.
