Fans of ScHoolboy Q have been patiently waiting for new music and all signs are pointing towards a new project in the near future. In late January, Q posted a clip of his upcoming "Groovy Tony" video on Instagram and earlier today (Feb. 19), powerhouse producer Swizz Beatz posted a clip of him and the TDE rapper cooking up in the studio. While the short clip leaves much to the imagination, the footage is encouraging for all those ready for the followup to 2014's Oxymoron.

Despite being in the game for over two decades, Swizz Beatz is still one of the most sought after producers and was directly involved with the making of Kanye's The Life of Pablo album. After being spotted in the studio working with 'Ye, Kendrick Lamar and CyHi the Prince, Swizz was one of the first people to go public with knowledge of the album.

"It’s one of the best albums I heard him produce in a while,” Swizz told Billboard. “It’s a sound that I think is very enjoyable. The sonics and the things that people are gonna hear–I think they should connect to it, like close their eyes from all of the B.S. and think about the music when you listen to the album. He has a great piece of work on his hands."

The Ruff Ryder is listed as a producer on "Ultralight Beam" and a vocalist on "Famous" in The Life of Pablo's credits.
