Meek Mill’s House Arrest Seems to Be Putting a Strain on His Relationship With Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj definitely seems like a ride or die chic, but Meek Mill's current legal situation might be putting a big strain on the two entertainers' relationship.

According to TMZ, the couple recently had a huge fight over the Philly rapper's impending house arrest. Their sources state the dust up was caused because Mill wants Minaj to stay with him while he serves out his 90 day in-home stint. But Nicki isn't willing to just sit around for a full three months. According to the report, this fight was bigger than any of the couple's past squabbles.

As previously reported, Meek avoided any jail time when he went to court earlier this month to be sentenced on a probation violation, but the judge sentenced him to three months of house arrest. The judge also ruled that the Dreamchasers rapper would be on probation for six years after his house arrest sentence is completed. Meek will turn himself in on March 1 and be fitted with an ankle monitor for his house arrest.

Nicki was by his side then, as she was in December when she testified on his behalf. During her time on stand, she assured the judge that Meek would not mess up anymore following his latest violation and also stated that she will help Meek complete his community service requirement and stay organized. “He’s not perfect but I can’t believe how much he’s changed,” Minaj said.
