SOBs was jam packed with minimal air to breathe as the crowd of hypebeasts between the ages of 18 to about 25 vibed out to the sounds of "The Left Right Tour," which made its debut in New York City on Wednesday (Feb. 26). Playboi Carti warmed up the crowd with fervor, jumping up and down while shaking his dreads with a stage full of equally energetic homies behind him. Shortly after Carti exited the stage, the crowd enjoyed a quick DJ segment, which consisted of a little "All Day" by Kanye West and some Drake. Suddenly the crowd went nuts, and with little notice Philly native Lil Uzi Vert hit the stage.

Despite technical difficulties throughout his set, Uzi held his own like he was born to command the stage. He even cut the music at certain points and took the acapella route, which fans loved as they rapped his lyrics verbatim. Within minutes of hitting the stage, the blonde and blue-dreaded spitter was shirtless, running through his growing catalog of hits. The crowd's favorite appeared to be "All My Chains," but he also performed a number of other records from his 2015 mixtape Luv Is Rage including "Super Saiyan Trunks," "Top," "Right Now," "Safe House" and "Wit My Crew x 1987."

Uzi later brought Playboi Carti back to the stage and performed "Left Right" while breaking out a few subtle dance moves. Not only did Uzi bring Carti to the stage, but he also surprised fans with an appearance from Young Dolph, who got the crowd more than hype with his performance of "Preach." A$AP Ferg also took the stage to perform "WDYW" with Uzi while spraying the crowd with bottled water. Ferg kept the momentum going and proceeded to jump into the crowd while performing his new single with Future "New Level." PnB Rock, who also hails from Philly, was on the stage showing support along with DJ Drama who was easily spotted from the crowd on the stage.

Uzi concluded his set by telling everyone to get home safely. And as the crowd headed towards the exits, all you could hear were murmurs of lyrics from Luv Is Rage. — Aleia Woods
