Houston rapper Bugatti was shot in the bathroom of local gentleman's club Wonderland during the early morning hours Friday (Feb. 5).

According to reports from the Houston Chronicle and the local ABC affiliate, witnesses at the scene said that after shooting Bugatti, the suspect escaped to the parking lot and let off more shots before fleeing the scene. The shooter is still at-large.

Bugatti, who was reportedly shot four times, was taken to Ben Taub Hospital and was in serious but stable condition and is expected to survive.

"We were having a good time and all of a sudden we heard gun shots in the restroom," the club's manager Edgar Lomas told the Houston Chronicle. "Everybody started running out the front door. We gathered all the dancers and brought them to the back. Next thing I knew, one of my best friends got shot, Denzel Redman... I believe he was shot three times."

Wonderland has hosted parties for Jeezy, Z-Ro and other rappers who come through the city. The club is open from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and has a BYOB policy until 2 a.m. Thursdays are known as "Million Dollar Thursdays."

A quick look at Bugatti's Instagram page shows him hanging out with the likes of H-Town stalwart Jas Prince and frequent Houston visitor Drake.
