Clearly impressed with University of Michigan football Head Coach Jim Harbaugh's 10-3 record and 41-7 Gator Bowl victory over Florida, Wale has endorsed Harbaugh for an even bigger role--the Leader of the Free World.

After getting wind of the ass-beating Michigan put down on Florida in its New Year's Day bowl game, the D.C. rapper took to Twitter to nominate Harbaugh for president in 2020:

The Wolverines coach said he's down as long as Wale runs as Vice President on the ticket:

The Album About Nothing rapper responded with an "absolutely" and just like that, we have two more high-profile candidates to add to the 2020 bill. While beating the Republican party may be a tougher task than going up against Ohio State once a year, Harbaugh certainly has an aggressive edge that should help in the debates.

The 2020 election could be one of the most star-studded in history as it hypothetically would pit Kanye West against Wale in a battle for the White House. While the likelihood of that happening is slim, the thought of presidential diss tracks is exciting. If anything, the Twitter interaction should help Harbaugh score points with high school recruits and players from the DMV area.

Wale is no stranger to the Oval Office. In June, the Foamposite aficionado teamed up with First Lady Michelle Obama to help college-bound teens. As part of a summit called "Beating the Odds," Wale and Mrs. Obama shared their own college experiences and how their college years prepared them for life after school.
