R&B singer Jacquees is steadily rising as a name to look out for on the music scene which makes for perfect timing to show and prove. The recent Cash Money/Rich Gang signee just announced he will be dropping a new mixtape titled Mood on Jan. 25.

Little is know about the project currently besides that it will be hosted by Atlanta's DJ Spinz. The cover art for the project has been revealed which shows the dreaded singer shirtless behind an orange-tinted filter. Big things are expected from the mixtape from the Cash Money's HNIC. "I think this is a new wave of music from a very TALENTED young man," Birdman recently told Fader about his young artist.

A native of Decatur, Ga, Jacquees has been putting in work on the underground scene for a little minute. He put out his first project, the EP I Am Jacquees in 2011 followed in the same year by the mixtape Round of Applause. Last October, he inked a recording contract and management deal with Cash Money Records and his since put in work on Rich Gang tracks like "Come Thru" featuring Rich Homie Quan and "Bout It" featuring Juvenile.

His most recent project, the second installment in his Quemix series hit the 'Net in January 2015.

The A-town crooner is currently working on his debut album Lost at Sea which still doesn't have a release date. But first, get in the Mood.
