Christmas is shaping up to be a big day for hip hop as Timbaland announced that he is dropping his King Stays King mixtape. The mixtape will have features from Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, Mila J an and a previously unreleased song from Aaliyah.

The 16-track effort features a song with Thugger and Rich Homie Quan called "Didn't Do It." This will be the one of the first times the duo is heard on a track together since the Rich Gang reconciliation.

"It's been a while since I've been able to give the world some new music," Timbo said in a press release. "I've spent a lot of time working on this project and I am just looking forward to giving my fans some dope sounds to close out the year." Timbo also still has plans to release his Textbook Timbo album in 2016.

Timbaland joins a crowded release date that already includes Busta Rhymes' The Abstract Went on Vacation and Fabolous' The Young OG Project 2. . Fab's Xmas drop marks the fourth time in his esteemed career that he will release a project on the holiday. In 2011, he released There Is No Competition 3: Death Comes in 3’s, he followed that up with The S.O.U.L. Tape 3 in 2013 and last year, he released The Young OG Project. The two projects will give Fab four for the year as he dropped Friday Night Freestyles in May and Summertime Shootout on Thanksgiving.
