TDE Announces 2nd Annual Free Concert and Toy Giveaway

Top Dawg Ent., label home to Kendrick Lamar, has announced its 2nd annual free concert and toy giveaway for the Holiday season.

Last year, the powerhouse West Coast imprint had the inaugural event which had a great turnout, so they've decided to do it again. The event will takes place on Dec. 22 in Watts (CA) at Nickerson Garden Projects from 12:00pm – 4:00pm PST. The show is free and open to the public, and will feature performances from artists from the TDE roster including K. Dot, Ab-Soul, ScHoolboy Q, Isaih Rashad, Jay Rock and SZA. In conjunction with the show, there will also be a toy giveaway where the label will handout toys, clothes, food and more.

In related news, Kendrick, coming off the critical acclaim of his latest album To Pimp A Butterfly and leading the upcoming Grammy's with 11 nominations, is the current cover subject of the winter 2015 issue of XXL which hits news stands nationwide on Dec. 22. The issue also includes features on Kevin Gates, Bryson Tiller, Ty Dolla $ign, Rick Ross and Rhymesayers.
