Longtime New York underground MCs Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman team up for the free collab EP, Lice. The five-track effort features production from DJ Spinna, Optiks, Blockhead and Alex "Apex" Gale. Since the project is free, the rappers are asking fans to donate to City Harvest, a New York City charity that feeds 1.4 million hungry New Yorkers, and Prep for Prep, which helps place NYC students in top schools throughout the city and the Northeast. Download the project here or stream it above.

This weekend, Aesop Rock will join a stacked lineup as part of the Rhymesayers 20th anniversary concert. The show will take place at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Dec. 4 and will feature underground stalwarts Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Dilated Peoples, Freeway, Jake One and many more. Physical copies of Lice will be available at the concert.
