This isn't good. Slim Jesus, who is currently on his first headlining tour, was in Ottawa, Canada performing and things didn't go as planned. During SJ's set, someone from the side of the stage snatched the mic from the Hamilton, Ohio spitta's hand right when he was performing and yelled, "support real hip-hop, bitch" into the mic. As Slim laughed at him, the stage crasher was escorted out the venue. What looked like a random event was actually a publicity stunt pulled by a Ottawa-based rapper named Black Jesus. Black used the footage from the incident for his recent video for "Ball So Hard."

Oddly enough this isn't the first time an artist named "Black Jesus" confronted Slim. In October, a video of another another artist who was also named Black Jesus—a.k.a. MB Jesus—approaching Slim outside of a club in Atlanta popped up online. Ever since the rapper broke out with "Drill Time," Slim Jesus has been at the center of controversy. The newcomer has openly admitted that he doesn't live the lifestyle that he raps about but that hasn't hindered his popularity. A handful of labels including Birdman and Cash Money have reached out to the young rapper.
