Rick Ross recently released his Black Market album, but the Miami rapper has unfortunately had to deal with his fair share of legal troubles this year. Now, Ross is reportedly involved in getting someone else arrested. An aspiring rapper named J Luchiano is claiming that Rick Ross tricked him into getting arrested for trespassing.

Luchiano told TMZ that he got a call from Rick Ross' lawyer to set up a meeting. Luchiano left a mixtape at Ross' Atlanta residence two months ago and thought that he was getting his big break.

When Luchiano got to the lawyer's office, cops arrived and arrested the man. A police report states that Luchiano hopped the fence at Ross' home then took photos and video of himself, which were later posted online.

Luchiano was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and was bailed out on $3500. Luchiano claims that he's innocent because he went up the side path of Ross' residence and did not jump the fence.

Rick Ross' security said they orchestrated the sting operation and did so without getting Ross involved. Luchiano posted the following tweets about his attempt to get Ross his tape.
