The week just started and Meek Mill is already feeling the heat from hip-hop fans. After the 2016 Grammy nominations were revealed Monday morning (Dec. 7) and the Best Rap Performance category included Drake's Meek Mill diss, "Back to Back," the Philly rapper immediately began trending on Twitter -- and not for good reason.

The consensus seems to be that Meek just took another "L" in the beef against Drake, considering diss tracks aren't usually nominated at the awards ceremony. J. Cole's “Apparently," Fetty Wap's “Trap Queen," Kendrick Lamar's “Alright," Nicki Minaj's “Truffle Butter" and Kanye West's “All Day” also compete for the win.

Once Meek used his "Twitter fingers" in July to take aim at Drizzy for employing ghostwriters to pen his rhymes ("Stop comparing drake to me too…. He don’t write his own raps! That’s why he ain’t tweet my album because we found out!”), the Dreams Worth More Than Money creator has caught the rough end of this war of words.

Drake's "Back to Back" arrived a few weeks later and proved to not only be a solid freestyle but also a reminder that the Toronto native's diss records are more than memorable with lines like "Is that a world tour or your girl’s tour?" in reference to Nicki Minaj and "you getting bodied by a singing n----." Meek's response in the form of "Wanna Know" wasn't received well and the rapper even deleted the track from his SoundCloud page.

Twitter is all over the news of "Back to Back" being nominated for a Grammy and the responses are pretty comical. Take a look at what the hip-hop community is saying below.
