With the NBA season officially underway, there's a lot for fans to celebrate and deride. In Philadelphia alone, rookie Jahlil Okafor turned heads posting 26 points in his carer debut, while second year player Nerlens Noel horribly botched a fast break last night, losing his dribble without a single defender nearby.

All of this is to say, that when Meek Mill is sitting court side at a Philadelphia 76ers game, there is plenty to take in. So much in fact, that any lingering hostility toward a certain singular named rapper who happens to advocate on behalf of his hometown Toronto Raptors is far from his mind.

A court side reporter tried to bait Meek into slinging more Drake slander Monday night, saying, "Of course I would be remiss if [not] saying, Drake's a Toronto guy, what's your message to him with your hometown Sixers here looking good against the Cavs."

Meek though, evaded the question, saying simply, "I'm riding with Philly, you know. Philly riding with me, so I'm riding with the Sixers to the fullest."

The Sixers ended up losing to Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers bringing their season record to 0-3. The Raptors will host the Sixers on Wednesday Nov. 11.

Meek has made headlines more for his feuds than his music recently, taking shots at Drake onstage and dragging Wale on Instagram. It would be in Philly's best interest to get a win before that Nov. 11 matchup, as Toronto has made a trend of handing the city L's as of late. The team won a total of 18 games last season.
