This fall, Snoop Dogg's son, Cordell Broadus, unexpectedly left the UCLA football program. The younger Broadus had been a blue-chip recruit out of his powerhouse high school program in Las Vegas and was expected to contribute to the Bruins immediately. But when he left, he said that he finally got the courage to do so when he realized that his father's support wasn't conditional on his football performance. But for Master P's son, best known as Romeo, it was another problem entirely. TMZ recently caught up with the elder Miller, who empathized with Cordell Broadus and his decision to walk away from football. "If you're doing it for somebody else, then you shouldn't do it," P said. "You gotta love it."

Speaking about Romeo's basketball career, the No Limit founder shared a theory as to why his son never made it to the league. "He's been good," P said. "If he wasn't Romeo he'd probably be in the NBA right now." After starting at point guard for Beverly Hills High School in Los Angeles, he committed to play at USC. (Though Romeo started for three years at Beverly, it's been widely speculated that his scholarship was offered as part of a package deal to lure DeMar DeRozan to the Trojans.) Since then, the former child star has worked to further his acting career, and continues his work as the president of No Limit Forever, the current label home of his father, Silkk the Shocker and other alums from No Limit's original incarnation.
