Serious allegations have been made toward "Nasty Freestyle" rapper T-Wayne, TMZ reports. A 22-year-old Dallas woman claimed the Texas rapper pinned her down and raped her in a Houston hotel room after she denied consenting to sex.

The woman has told TMZ that Wayne flew her out to Houston in late July where the two had dinner together at The Cheesecake Factory. After returning to her hotel room, she said the rapper became aggressive and began guilting her into consent. The woman said she has waited five weeks to file a police report due to shock from the incident. T-Wayne's attorney, Tyshon Nobles from Greg Tsioros and Johnny Papantonakis, released the following statement: "We deny the allegation. It is unfounded, untrue and without merit!"

The allegations come just one month after Rick Ross and an associate were involved in a lawsuit making similar charges. Ross released a statement on Sept. 22 denying any involvement.

Wayne—born Tyshon Dwayne Nobles—went from local rapper to chart topping fame this year due to the success of his single "Nasty Freestyle" plus the dance video that soon followed. The song peaked at No. 9 and Nobles eventually would go on to signed to 300 Entertainment. He released his mixtape Who Is Rickey Wayne? in May. He spoke to us recently about his humble beginnings, making "Nasty Freestyle" and what's next for his career.
