Fetty Wap's debut self-titled album has landed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. The LP dropped on Sept. 25 via RGF/300 Entertainment, and has already sold 129,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen Music.

Prior to dropping his debut offering, the Paterson, N.J native saw success on the charts with four of his popular singles. Fetty landed four top 10 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Trap Queen," which peaked at No. 2, "679," which came in at No. 6, "My Way" at No. 7 and "Again" at No. 8. The Remy Boyz leader is the first hip-hop artist to have their debut hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 since 2012. The last rapper to do so was A$AP Rocky, whose Long.Live.A$AP project hit No. 1 on Feb. 2, having sold 138,000 copies in its first week.

This feat is great news for Fetty following a recent injury. The 2015 XXL Freshman broke his leg in three places following a motorcycle accident last week. According to witnesses at the scene, the "Jugg" rapper was struck by an oncoming car while trying to pass another. On top of his injuries, the 300 signee was later issued three summonses for “driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to produce a vehicle registration card,” according to Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale. Aside from working on his own music, the young upstart has also been featured on a number of tracks lately, including Ty Dolla $ign's "When I See Ya" and Miami Tips' "Low Key."

Last week's No. 1 album, Drake and Future’s collaborative project What A Time To Be Alive, fell No. 2, with 107,000 units sold. That's down 72 percent from last week. WATTBA sold 375,000 equivalent album units (334,000 were pure album sales).
