In 2008, when he was at his critical and commercial peak, Lil Wayne ran into some licensing problems. His massive sixth album, Tha Carter III, sold over a million copies in its first week of release, but one of its songs--the Rolling Stones-sampling "Playing With Fire"--became the focal point of a lawsuit over publishing rights. No problem, Wayne figured, and replaced it on subsequent pressings with a song called "Pussy Monster." This was the natural move because Wayne, the aughts' most prolific star MC, has long touted his abilities in the bedroom. So if we're being honest, it's stunning that it's taken this long for a supposed Weezy sex tape to surface.

According to TMZ, an anonymous source is shopping what purports to be a sex tape starring Wayne, two women and a pair of socks that the legendary Louisianan never took off. The outlet reports that major porn production and distribution companies have been contacted by the individual, but that there has been serious push-back from Wayne's camp. One of his representatives told TMZ that they will "sue the hell out of" anyone involved in a sex tape release. That same representative says that if such a tape indeed exists, it was recorded without Wayne's knowledge and that the rapper has no knowledge of it. The media outlet speculates that the porn companies will be wary to release anything with the threat of legal action hanging over them.
