Keeping true to their word, Run The Jewels duo Killer Mike and El-P released their feline friendly album reboot, Meow The Jewels. The album is a revamped version of the duo’s Run The Jewels 2 album that dropped last year. The crowdfunded project which seemed to start off as a joke, then snowballed into a full-length album features remixes from Just Blaze, Portishead's Geoff Barrow, Blood Diamonds, Boots, Zola Jesus, the Alchemist, Massive Attack's 3D, and more.

El-P and Killer Kill thanked fans for their support of the strange project writing, "Run the Jewels would like to thank our friends, fans and fam who made this record possible. Together we have managed to do a little good using the stupidest method possible and for that we salute you."

A vinyl version of the album will drop later with proceeds going to charities that benefit victims of police brutality.

Does this work? Is it even remotely entertaining? Will listening to a barrage of cat sounds drive you bat shet crazy like Jack Nicholson in The Shining? There's only one way to find out.
