Run the Jewels and American indie rock band TV on the Radio will perform together on Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Sept. 16, the show's show's second week, according to The Hollywood Reporter. TV on the Radio will act as Run the Jewels' live band. This is pretty exciting news. Late Show With Stephen Colbert will make its television premiere on Sept. 8 at 11:35 p.m.. Kendrick Lamar will serve as Colbert's first musical guest. K. Dot helped close out The Colbert Report last year, which Colbert said it was only appropriate to have him be his first guest on his new show. During The Colbert Report‘s closing show, Kendrick performed his officially unreleased track, “Untitled,” which his TPAB collaborator Terrace Martin later told NPR was written the night before.

RTJ will perform at the Banksy-hosted theme park called Dismaland. The group will take over Sept. 4 and be accompanied by DJ Dapper Dan.
