Cops Shut Down Kanye West After Party

Kanye West was no doubt pumped and ready to party after killing his second performance in two days of 808s & Heartbreak at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. But police shut down the afterparty before the man of the hour even arrived. According to TMZ, whole thing was supposed to go down at a private Beverly Hills estate where fans and other celebs were invited to rub shoulders and take selfies. But things quickly got out of hand. A large number of people showed up. Coupled with the noise and the time of night - or morning rather - the cops decided it was a no go. In the video, you can see a number of uniformed officers checking out the scene and slowly making their way inside to poke their noses before telling the people to call it quits and peace out.

For the last two nights West has performed his fourth album 808s & Heartbreak in its entirety, in concert. As usual, ‘Ye spared no expense, utilizing extravagant sets, lots of extras, and of course showing of new Yeezy Season gear. For one song, West rocked a puffy tan body suit, complete with matching mask. Kid Cudi, Mr. Hudson, Lil Wayne and Jeezy made cameos on stage and helped out with the tracks they are featured on.

After all that, West just wanted to turn up at his afterparty. And he would have got to do it too if it wasn't for those meddling cops. Oh well, hopefully hit the studio and put the finishing touches on Swish instead.
