On June 16, 2015, Donald Trump declared his candidacy for President of the United States. However, his announcement was met with lots of controversy following his statements towards the Mexican community. Trump’s insensitive remarks about Mexican people—whom he called criminals, drug dealers and rapists—have led some hip-hop artists to go on an anti-Donald Trump campaign.

From the likes of Wyclef to Meek Mill and Pitbull, the hip-hop community has been very vocal about Trump’s intentions to land in the White House. With a few artists taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on Trump, others have chosen to go a different route with their anti-Trump campaigns by pulling away from scheduled events, and even using the stage to go share their feelings.

While Donald Trump continues to grab headlines for his comments, the hip-hop community continues to show their support towards Hispanics and share their feelings on the prospect of an America run by Donald Trump. Here are the artists who've spoken out against Trump since he made the decision to run for president of the United States.
