Young Thug's Hy!£UN35 album is one of the most anticipated releases of the year but Thugger fans may have to wait a little longer to get their hands on the project. While out in Chicago for Lollapalooza over the weekend, Thug did a quick interview with Fuse TV and revealed that his album date has been pushed back from Aug. 28 to late Sept. at the earliest. "My new album is called Hy!£UN35 and it's launching, I think, Sept. 24," said the Barter 6 rapper. "But I don't know, I might take it back. I gotta couple new songs I want to play for the label. All the songs are perfect."

As we wait for the eccentric rapper's debut LP, Thug and producer London On Da Track's Slime Season project is still hanging in the balance. Thug announced the project via his Instagram page on June 21 and later claimed the mixtape would come out during Independence Day weekend. The holiday came and went without a release--though we did get the Free Weezy Album from Lil Wayne--and Thugger instead released "Paradise," a loosie produced by Allen Ritter. Since then, everything on the Slime Season front has gone quiet. Whether the delays in releases has anything to do with Thug's current legal troubles is unknown. In mid-July, Thug was charged with drug and weapons violations after authorities raided his home after the rapper was arrested and charged for making terroristic threats.
