Watch Duck Down’s Tribute to Sean Price

The hip-hop world is still reeling over the loss of Sean Price, who passed away in his sleep at the age of 43. To commemorate his life and music, Duck Down Music, the label Price was signed to, has released a tribute video that captures Price in his essence; a charismatic, funny, talented MC and a family man. Last night, SOBs hosted a special tribute show to honor Sean Price. Hosted by Combat Jack and Dallas Penn, fans were treated to legendary Sean Price stories and performances from labelmates and close friends. The full show can be seen here.

Shortly after his untimely death, Duck Down began a fundraiser to raise money for his family. To date, over $90,000 has been raised and artists such as Eminem and Jay Z have donated large sums to honor P. The generosity speaks volumes to how big of an impact the Brooklyn native had on the hip-hop game and how respected he was throughout the music industry.
