Quran Powell, a 27-year-old New Jersey native, has been arrested and charged with shooting and injuring two men in the parking lot of the PNC Bank Arts Center following J. Cole's concert at the venue. According to NJ.com, Powell has been charged with two counts of attempted homicide, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and certain persons not to possess a firearm. New Jersey State Police executed a search warrant for Powell's East Orange, N.J. apartment on Wednesday morning and arrested the man without incident. Powell is being held at Monmouth County Jail in Freehold, N.J. and his bail is currently set at $750,000.

Following Monday night's show, Powell allegedly shot a 23-year-old and a 24-year-old man in the parking lot of the the venue. Both victims were taken via helicopter to the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, N.J. and were listed as being in critical but stable condition as of Thursday morning.

Eyewitness Mike Lefanto told WABC-TV that he heard gunshots after a few men made a comment tot a passing women. "She turns around and addresses them about it," said Lefanto. "Moments later, we hear pop, pop, pop. And my daughter looks at me. She's like, What was that? I'm like, It's just firecrackers."
