Mac Miller is back from his hiatus and has a new album and tour on the way. After being out of the public eye for quite some time, Mac has popped up on both H0t 97 and, most recently, Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" for an extended interview where the PA native touched on his drug use, embarrassing himself at a Jay Electronica show, getting back to work on music and much, much more.

Mac spoke openly about his drug use and how it was time for him to get back to work after a long layoff. Mac credits his family for helping him through his problems and getting him to refocus on music. "It was time to clean my act up and get back to work," said Miller. "[I had] to accept my responsibilites and who I am and what I gotta do...I had a lot of people around me who care about me and I was good...I didn't go to rehab. I just had to get my shit together and go back to work, I was being dumb. For me, I thought it was my right as a human to say I didn't want to do anything. I didn't feel like touring, I didn't feel like putting out an album out...I was making a lot of music and I got comfortable in this zone where I was like, I don't need to bring any money in, I got money....Then I realized I hadn't put anything out and I decided it was time to come back.

"I used drugs to do everything, to brush my teeth (laughs)...I have a lot of people around me that care about me....My mom didn't know and I just told her the truth...After I broke it down for everyone, it made it that much harder to come back because everyone was like, Are you okay? I'm not on some born-again Christian shit."
