Kanye West's Yeezy Boost 350 shoes are some of the hottest kicks on the market. So, naturally people will be willing to barter a decent number of things in exchange for the exclusive foot cover. Even a kidney. Matt Neal, a 26-year-old Michigan man is trying to make what he see as a fair deal, in trading his brand new Kanye West sneakers for a mint condition kidney. Neal, who suffers from Berger's disease, which causes kidney failure is on the list to get a donor organ, but too far down on the list for his liking. So he put up his shoes to see if he had any takers. According to TMZ, Kanye West is willing to help the desperate man. The rap star reportedly offered to gift Neal a pair of new Yeezy Boost if the trade goes down.

But there's one snag in the plan. There is a federal law that prohibits people from offering money or merchandise for organs. But since the guy's story went viral people who were touched by his situation have been offering to outright give him their kidney, which is allowable by law. "I’ve been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I’m getting from random strangers," Neal said.

With all the horror stories and evil uses of the Internet, this is one of the aspects of the World Wide Web that gives you hope for humanity when at times it seems as all is lost.
