Iggy Azalea's appearance at May's Billboard Music Awards had people wondering if the artist underwent some sort of plastic surgery after photos of her on the red carpet surfaced. Iggy is the cover girl for the Sept. issue of Seventeen and the former XXL Freshman opened up about getting plastic surgery and confirmed that she got a nose job prior to the awards show. "I'm not denying it," she said bluntly. "Denying it is lame...I read a lot about nose jobs online. Some women are really happy they got them, and some women changed their noses when they were younger, and when they got older they wished they didn't."

Iggy has been vocal about struggling with body confidence and has undergone cosmetic surgery, including breast implants, in the past. "I don't think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I've spoken about the changes I've made, like with my breasts," she told Seventeen.

The Australian native also warned about diving into plastic surgery and spoke on the emotional aspect of altering her body's look. "Plastic surgery is an emotional journey," said Azalea. "It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself—and it's no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it's a tough journey. There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept."
