Chance the Rapper closed out the 2015 Pitchfork Music Festival in his hometown of Chicago and did so in epic fashion. In the week leading up to the show, Chance teased that he would give a special show to for the hometown fans. While many believed that Kanye would join Chance for his set--especially considering he recently co-signed the young artist--the rapper pulled a fast one and showed love to the OGs by bringing out Kirk Franklin. The legendary gospel singer joined Chance and the Social Experiment for "Sunday Candy" and had the crowd loving every minute. Peep the performance above.

During his summer festival run, Chance has graced the stage with one special guest in particular. At both Bonnaroo and Chicago's Teens In The Park Festival, Chance and Kendrick Lamar rocked the crowd together. At Bonnaroo, Chance and K.Dot were actually in the crowd during legendary band Earth, Wind & Fire's set. When the two were spotted dancing in the crowd by members of the band, they were invited on stage to partake in the show. At the Teens In The Park Festival, which Chance was called on to be the event's curator, Kendrick hit the stage for an explosive surprise performance. Very cool to see two of the best young rappers in the game with a mutual respect for each other.
