Jack Daniels Jack'N For Beats DJ Competition 2015 is under way.

After touching down in New York City yesterday (July 15), the Jack'N for Beats crew is back on the road in the quest to discover rap's hottest unsigned talent. If you're a hungry rapper who just needs to get your foot in the door of the record industry, this competition is for you. It's a chance to show off your skills, see how you match up to the competition and work with one of the hottest producers in hip-hop.

But if the mobile studio isn't making a stop in your town, participants 21 years and older can still throw their hat in the ring. Simply download one of the five beats on JacknforBeats.com and then upload a video of yourself spitting your 16 bars to the beat of your choice. Freestyle submissions will be based upon the fundamentals of any fire rap: skill, lyricism, originality and flow.

Once reviewed, the top videos are set for public viewing, sharing, and most importantly, voting. Following a two-week voting period from July 20-31, the rapper with the most online votes will be crowned the winner of the $10,000 and studio session with famed producer and certified hitmaker DJ Khaled.

With over 15 years in the music business, Khaled has been behind some of the biggest collabs in hip-hop and produced hits like "We Takin' Over," "I'm On One," "No New Friends" and most recently, the Chris Brown, Jeremih, Future and August Alsina assisted "Hold You Down." In other words, meeting Khaled can be a make or break moment in the career of a young MC.

Freestyle submissions are open from now until Sunday, July 19. Head on over to JackNforBeats.com and record your best 16 now.
