Chris Brown is finally able to leave the Philippines.

In a recently posted Instagram video, the R&B singer is seen walking to his airplane as he prepares to dip. "Manila, it was fun! I love y'all man. We finna come to Macau, party tonight! Turn up!" exclaimed an excited Brown.

The "Autumn Leaves" singer performed for a packed house in Manila on Wednesday (July 22), and after he was prohibited from leaving the country. A confused Brown took to Instagram to ask fans why he was being kept from leaving the Philippines. The video has since been deleted. The issue stemmed from a dispute over a canceled show last New Year's Eve. Breezy was scheduled to perform at the Philippines Arena north of Manila, but ended up pulling out of the show at the last minute after losing his passport. The arena is operated by Maligaya Development Corp., a corporation owned by the religious group Iglesia ni Cristo. According to The Associated Press, MDC promoted the concert and paid Brown the contracted $1 million in full prior to him canceling. The corporation filed a complaint against Chris and his promoter John Michael Pio Roda, and asked the Department of Justice for help in prosecuting the 26-year-old singer. His departure from the Philippines was then delayed while immigration officials consulted with the Dept. of Justice about the case.

Brown was scheduled to perform in Hong Kong on Thursday, but ended up missing the show as he awaited clearance. Tonight, he's making an appearance in Macau, China, where he's hosting a party at Club Cubic. Breezy is currently on a tour that was supposed to make stops in China, Indonesia and Cyprus. His Indonesia show has also been canceled due to safety concerns.
