A contract dispute keeping Chris Brown in the Philippines until further notice. According to CNN, Breezy was stopped from leaving the country to head to Hong Kong for another show and is barred from leaving the country until he settles a payment with promoters over a failed appearance scheduled for last New Year's Eve. The report states that the talented singer performed as scheduled on Tuesday but the Philippine Department of Justice issued an order on Tuesday night to stop Brown from leaving the country. As he was preparing to fly out of the country on his private jet, Philippine officials stopped Brown and his promoter, John Michael Pio Roda. The two could seek a clearance certificate that would allow them to leave the Philippines as long as the DOJ consented. Brown is currently on a tour through Asia with stops scheduled in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Cyprus. The singer has already cancelled a show in Jakarta, Indonesia due to safety concerns:

TMZ is now reporting that Brown's issues in the Philippines has been resolved but the late exit out of the country may cause his show in Hong Kong to be canned. The scheduled show is supposed to be going on right now but the singer is still in the air traveling to the country.

A week ago today, reports surfaced that Brown's California home was invaded and robbed while his aunt was held at gunpoint. During the ongoing investigation, rumors have surfaced that the LAPD is investigating Blood gang members who are close to Brown. Last summer, Brown was co-signed by members of the notorious gang and was running around Los Angeles throwing up gang signs at club appearances. After family members became worried about his affiliation, Breezy defined himself as "cordial" with the gang in an interview with Sway.
