50 Cent must pay Lavonia Leviston, Rick Ross' baby mama, $5 million for damages and infliction of emotional distress caused by her sextape going public on the rapper's website. The New York Daily News reports that Fiddy must fork over $2.5 million in damages for violating her civil rights for using her image without her permission and $2.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress. The scary thing is that the G-Unit head honcho could be paying more money next week when the jury weighs punitive damages against him. Leviston's lawyer, Philip Freidin, was originally asking for $20 million for 50's humiliation of his client.

50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, wasn't in court for the verdict and wasn't there to testify when the case started on June 15, which Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Geoffrey Wright didn't like. He told the jurors to make note of the rappers absence. The jury was made up of four women and two men.

50 Cent denied buying the sextape of Leviston, before he added his commentary. He also denied publishing the tape online. Jackson's lawyer, James Renard, said that 50 got the tape from Leviston's ex-boyfriend Maurice who'd told the hip-hop mogul that Lavonia was cool with the sextape going public. Murray is the one in the sextape with Leviston. 50 also claimed that his email was hacked and someone else released the tape to the web in March 2009.

On the sextape—which was played for jury—50 Cent can be seen narrating the video under his "Pimpin' Curly" persona. He also added two of his songs as a soundtrack for the video.
