Last night (June 4), the Golden State Warriors took Game 1 of the NBA finals with a 108-100 overtime victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Yet while the Warriors spent the last three quarters and the extra frame systematically picking apart the Cavs' industry-plagued rotation, their shrewdest decision may have played out during halftime. Legendary Bay Area rapper E-40 took to the court to play "Choices (Yup)" and his massive hit "Tell Me When To Go." (Watch the video for the former above and the latter below.) Whether or not they emerge victorious, the Warriors have certainly put the hip-hop world to better use during the post-season. Lil B was in attendance at the decisive Game 5 against Houston in the Western Conference finals, where he put the dreaded Based God curse on Rockets guard James Harden.

The way things are going, the Cavaliers may have even bigger worries than the In a Major Way star. With Kevin Love already sidelined, point guard Kyrie Irving appeared to suffer a setback with his already fragile left knee. According to an ESPN report, tensions were high in the Cleveland locker room after the game; apparently, there has been friction between Irving, his camp and the team brass for several weeks now. Game 2 tips off Sunday night (June 7) in Oakland.
