Tyler, The Creator was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (June 11) and spoke on a myriad of topics. During his interview, the Odd Future leader talked about the origins of his unique moniker. Apparently, Tyler got his name from MySpace.

"Alright. So, I had three MsSpaces right," said Tyler as he recollects the story. "One of them was 'TylerSomething' and then another one was 'TylerSomething' and then I had a MySpace that just had all my drawings and a couple beats I made and like, random ideas and stuff and I put it under 'Tyler, The Creator' because I couldn't think of anything else. That page got more popular and I then just ran with it. I did not plan this out at all."

Kimmel jokingly adds that when he first saw the Cherry Bomb rapper's stage name, he thought Tyler had his own religion of sorts. Check out that clip above.

During his interview, the West Coast rapper also talks about his new Golf Media app. As explained by the "Smuckers" MC, the app will allow him to connect with fans directly. He shared a few examples of what fans can look out for, including his own radio show and his dream to own a movie theater. For now he rents theaters across the country and invites fans to see his favorite flicks.

In the last clip, Tyler talks about his jobs before reaching fame. The young rapper has worked at Starbucks and FedEx, both of which he said weren't the best roles in the world. Watch the clips below.

Hopefully OFWGKTA's break up is temporary and they put out a project together.
