After a storm ravaged the Atlanta home of the Alber family, the local Fox affiliate was on the scene and the footage caught the attention of Rittz fans. On the door of Haley Alber's room, which suffered intense damage after a tree fell and impaled her ceiling, was a full sized poster of Rittz's Next To Nothing album cover. Once fans of Rittz saw the broadcast, they reached out to the rapper via social media with screen shots and links to the news broadcast and the MC eventually caught wind of the Alber family's situation. "My manager called me up and told me they had a poster on the wall," Rittz told My Fox Atlanta.

The rapper, who is a Gwinnett County native and knew of the Albers, visited the damaged home with merchandise and hung out with the family. "I've always looked up to him and listen to his music...The guy on the TV I see and listen to, I actually get to meet him now!" said Haley.

Unfortunately, the Albers home is currently unlivable but Rittz is confident the family will bounce back. "They're a strong family. I wish them the best," said the Strange Music rapper.

Rittz's Next To Nothing album was well-received amongst his fans and critics and spoke with XXL about his thought process behind the album. “I’m in a weird space right now that goes along with the title," he says. "It’s like I've made it, but I got to establish an even bigger fan base in order to do this forever, so a lot of pressure is on me. So it’s literally having next to nothing... I think there’s a lot of honesty on this project.”
