Kim Kardashian Writes Letter to Kanye West on His Birthday

The surprise wasn't a new song from 'Ye's album but it was pretty cool. Kim rented out Staples Center in Los Angeles for his birthday. Khloe Kardashian shared a picture of Kanye and his boys before they played a pickup basketball game. You got to admit this is a pretty cool gift. See the picture below.

While the Wests are expecting their second child in December (per E!), sources close to the couple say they are't planning on using another cardinal direction--and that either Kim's late father, Robert Kardashian, or the similarly deceased Donda West might be honored in the new name.

If all the baby excitement isn't enough, Grub Street reports that Kanye is being honored by chef Nicholas Morgenstern. Morgenstern is hosting a "Kanye West Ice Cream Week." From today through Saturday (June 12), Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream will sell West-inspired special sundaes. Fans can buy items that include "Kim Kardashian Thirst Trap Sundae" (sesame-caramel ice cream with Champagne-caramel sauce and whipped cream), "All Day Vanilla Ice-Cream Cake" (vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream), and "I Am a God Ice Cream Croissantwich" (vanilla ice-cream stuffed inside a custom-made Arcade Bakery croissant).
