Joey Bada$$ is an MC mature beyond his years and brings a deep message with his black-and-white video for "Paper Trail$." In the clip, Joey questions people's motives for money and how far they will go just to make sure bills are paid. Following stories of a working class single mother, a street level hustler and a kid trying to keep his nose clean, Bada$$ explores every angle of the "money is the root of all evil" saying. While making moves of his own, Bada$$ walks the streets, earning money by winning dice games and flipping Jordans before returning home to his microphone and shoebox full of dollars. The vid has a haunting end that is sure to stick with viewers long after they are done watching. Check out the visual for "Paper Trail$" above.

Yesterday (June 16) would have marked Tupac's 44th birthday and fans and musicians celebrated the life of legacy of the legendary MC in their own way. Joey Bada$$ took a more conventional route when he blessed the mic on Power 106's The Cruz Show with bars on top of bars. Rhyming smoothly over "I Get Around," "2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted," Ambitionz Az a Ridah," and "Hail Mary,"  Bada$$ goes straight off the top of the head in an impressive manner.
