Cops Confirm 50 Cent Wasn’t There During in Vegas Jeweler Robbery

Police confirm 50 Cent is not a suspect in the  Los Angeles jewelry store owner robbery in Las Vegas during Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight weekend. Associated Press reports that Officer Larry Hadfield said 50 is ruled out in the investigation.

It was reported Sunday (May 10) that Robert Marin, owner of LAX Jewelry Co. claimed he was robbed by two of 50 Cent’s crew members of a diamond-flooded Rolex as well as a diamond encrusted Cuban link chain worth $250,000. Marin travled to Vegas to sell the jewelry to the Queens mogul. After price negotiations at Drai’s nightclub, the jewelry store owner was invited to Mayweather’s gym. When he arrived at the gym he says he was pistol whipped and robbed for the watch and chain by people who fled after taking his items.

Soon afterward, Marin filed a robbery report with the Las Vegas Police Department. Fif’s lawyer Scott Leemon sent a statement out already vehemently denying the allegations. “On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations.”

The G-Unit boss is gearing up to release his long awaited album Street King Immortal. In a recent interview in Houston, 50 Cent says he'll drop the first single from his upcoming LP around Memorial Day Weekend.
