Big Sean made a late night TV appearance on Monday (April 20) and delivered an emotionally charged version of "One Man Can Change The World" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Before performing the Dark Sky Paradise cut, Sean dedicated the performance to his late grandmother and said a few words about the amazing woman. Backed by a live piano, the Detroit native showed off his vocal capabilities by belting out the chorus, which is aided by John Legend and Kanye West on the album version. It was Sean's first televised performance of the song and he knocked it out of the park.

Today, Sean annoucned the launch of  "One Man / Woman Can Change The World," a social media campaign putting his fans to task to make a difference through random acts of kindness. The rapper hopes that his fans and listeners of the song will chase their dreams and lead by example by inspiring and giving back--just like his grandmother did. Sean, along with his non-profit organization the Sean Anderson Foundation, will select and spotlight random participants who share their good deeds to receive prizes including VIP tickets, backstage meet and greets and more. To participate in the "One Man / Woman Can Change The World" campaign, share your random act of kindness story by posting a photo or video on Instagram, Twitter of Fancebook and use the hashtag #ittakesone.
