Meek Mill and Waka Flocka Flame Respond to Donald Trump’s Comments on Baltimore Riots
The escalating situation going on in Baltimore has captivated the country and once again shined the limelight on the ugly relationship between the police and African-Americans in America. Not one to keep his mouth shut, Donald Trump has weighed in and, unsurprisingly, ruffled feathers with his comments. Taking to Twitter to voice his opinion, Trump pointed the finger at Obama and deemed all those protesting in the streets of Baltimore as "thugs":
After getting wind of Trump's off-color remarks, Meek Mill and Waka Flocka Flame weighed in on the billionaire. Meek, who is from Philadelphia, which is about 100 miles from Baltimore, called out Trump for being a racist while Flocka kept things much more simple:
Clearly emotionally impacted by the events in Baltimore, Meek Mill also took to Instagram and detailed his own experiences with the police as a teenager:
