The Game is being sued again. The process server and photog who were hired to give the former G-Unit member his lawsuit papers were allegedly attacked by Game, according to TMZ. The photog, Justin Willard, sustained back, neck and head injuries plus got his camera stolen. The server escape injuries by hiding in his car. Willard is suing for the camera, medical bills and damages while the server is suing for emotional pain.

Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, got involved in an altercation at a pro-am basketball game in Hollywood late last month. Little did the West Coasr MC know, the person he punched in the face was actually an LAPD officer. The rookie police officer—whose name is Onyebuchi Awaji—issued a lawsuit on April 6 for Game's role in the March 29 brawl.

Video from the incident also went public and showed Game throwing a punch. The off-duty officer reported the incident to authorities that Game made threats against his life before the punch was thrown. The Compton rapper’s camp denies that, saying it was actually Game who was being threaten and the cop implied that he would make a trip to the locker room to retrieve a gun. The LAPD is investigating both men for battery.
