Following a brutal attack at a Lil Wayne concert by one of Weezy's bodyguards, the victim immediately began building his case by calling police no longer than 10 minutes after the assault took place. Video caught the rapper's security detail make his way through the crowd and sucker punch the fan twice in the side of the head. TMZ says that the victim was carried out of the club by the venue's security but no paramedics were called.

After being kicked out of the club, the victim called 911 (the call can be heard above) and detailed what happened to him inside so he would have it on tape just in case he woke up the following morning concussed. With video footage and a recorded summary of the events, the man has solid grounds and evidence for a lawsuit. Lil Wayne's camp has not commented on the situation at this time.
